Merger Managers, LLC - Founder - Trained over 600 managers and executives globally and helped companies develop processes and tools to manage and capture value for acquisitions ranging in size from $10M to $7B. Oracle – M&A: Managed all aspects of deal making from negotiating and structuring deals to globally integrating and transitioning acquired companies. Led ~20 acquisitions, divestitures, carve outs, and joint ventures for Oracle. Operations: Prior to her work in integration, she ran operations, sales enablement and business practices for a $2B applications division of Oracle. She is also co-author of M&A Integration: A CEO’s field guide to the art and process of effective integration.
