Exhibitor Service Team Internal Support· Update and troubleshoot exhibitor portal for each assigned event, including all corresponding documents (ie: insurance information, booth guidelines, exhibitor FAQ’s)· Track exhibitor collections including insurance submission and booth approval submission on a weekly basis. Prepare reminder communications to exhibitors as needed.· Regularly proof show websites and floor plans to ensure logos, exhibitor lists, and banner ads are accurate· Provide weekly exhibitor lists to marketing· Collaborate with all central departments including operations, marketing, production, and sales.· Prepare exhibitor on-site FAQ documents ahead of each assigned eventOnsite at Events:· Arrange rebooking booth drops· Act as a concierge to exhibitors and be available to assist them as needed throughout the show.· Assist with onsite show office or sales office management· Work closely with operations teams to ensure all ESM toolkits and materials for show office are shippedOnline Floor plan/A2Z:· Administration access for all online floor plans· Work with A2Z on any additional base floor plan changes required· Utilize reports within A2Z to track listing fulfillment and prepare information for show guides
