After taking a 9 year break to go back to Nursing school to become an RN which was a goal of mine, I am eager to resume my prior career in the Payroll industry.I have two bachelors degrees...Accounting and Nursing. I am currently a full time RNC-NIC and PCC in the Level III NICU at Community Hospital East located in Indianapolis, IN. Most of my career (1998-2014) was spent in HR Shared Service Center team environments. I have been through two major conversions to SAP Payroll at both Rolls-Royce North America and Roche Diagnostics. I also have an HRIT background with payroll/benefits interfaces to outside vendors whether automating, testing, or reconciliation. I have experience with payroll report writing through SpinifxIT and EPI-USE. Worked to insure correct data mining for executive levels. Helped launch the SAP user group between major Indianapolis area companies to utilize each other's experiences and knowledge sharing.I have extensive payroll, benefits, tax (including taxation for imputed income on executives, international assignees, etc.), year end (in-house W-2’s) and general ledger experience dating back to 1996. The majority of my career from (1998-2014) was spent at Rolls-Royce and Roche Diagnostics here in Indianapolis (both global companies (with multiple EIN’s and UAW contract rules). I reconciled 40 plus balance sheet accounts on a monthly basis (taxes, 401k, union dues, cash and other payroll deductions). I was instrumental in two major implementations of SAP (from Peoplesoft) as well as “standardizing” payroll/benefits across North American entities for both global companies. I also have been through multiple time and attendance implementations. I obtained my CPP in 2001 and held it until 2017. I would be more than willing and ready to re-certify.
