Affiliated with NH for approximately 7 years. I learned a lot with this company. I started as an Applications Instructor and was required to learn, study, and deliver classes on various applications. I was focused on various products such as Word and Excel and Project.Still within the job of Instructor, I taught an in house class geared toward training new instructors called “Train the Trainer”. It mostly focused on public speaking and presentation skills, with extra tips on study habits and classroom management.I spent about a year working on the administrative side of the school in the Operations Department. My duties mostly centered on Instructor schedules and coordinating the best instructor capabilities with the Class or Event needing to be taught. I also helped coordinate further training for the Instructors.During the last few years of my employment, I had purchased my own company and so transitioned into a Contractor position. I was called in for classes, or to help in Operations or as a Training Manager as there was need. I have pulled out the Training Manager duties above as I feel that was a significant role.
