I first started a career in the banking industry working with customers duties included personal communication skills, phone mannerism, critical thinking, problem solving, negotiation skills, marketing, account management skills, multitasking knowledge of different types of investment opportunities for clients. As an employee I had to know most of the in’s and outs of the banking industry in order to make sure all customers needs were met to the highest quality to insure they were investing their money in the best places our business offered and assisting with keeping their finances in order and safe. I left the banking industry to open my own small business and became Owner and operator of Construction H&H LLC for several years. My task at hand was to develop a company from the ground up in the construction industry ranging from residential construction to commercial construction in all aspects from remodel work to new builds. I had a small crew who assisted with contact negotiations along with me and I typed contracts and contract negotiations. My field crew on the job sites insured the job ran smoothly and together we made sure the customers needs and expectations were met. I’ve been around the construction industry for 27 years and helped make sure task were being performed correctly and met state,county and city guidelines for inspections. My job included marketing and advertisement for our business, accounting, payroll, all office skills, on the job site performances included project management, safety and PPE knowledge, ordering materials and general contractor knowledge in the industry. Along with managing tax information and preparation for our accountant and maintaining licensing and insurance and all other duties that come with construction and owning a business.
