I'm a driven individual looking to expand my knowledge in the healthcare industry. When I'm not in the classroom, my day-to-day function consists of clear and concise documentation of changes to curriculum, ability to problem solve and maintain confidentiality, strong written communications skills, the ability to organize and manage multiple systems, manage strong customer relationships with in the organization, develop presentation skills write and develop curriculum.When facilitating within the classroom my functions consist of maintaining a professionalism with my adult learners, being flexible in my delivery style, being the supervisor for the learners, troubleshooting any access issues that arise, maintaining any HIPAA tracking or violations, tracking all quality or trending quality, debriefing or following up with management, develop any strategic planning prior to release and develop feedback to learners while in nesting. I excel at a fast pace diverse environment where I can leverage and grow my health insurance knowledge, training experience and public speaking skills in a growing career.
