Manage on-site Wellness Center for and programs across two Westinghouse locations totaling over 200 members, I develop and manage annual budgets and summary reports within 1% of required budget allocation. Travel to multiply new corporate wellness sites to help launch thier on-site fitness centers and wellness programs. Consist of training and hiring staff, daily operations, client meetings and customer service. Acted as interim Wellness manager for 5 weeks at a high profile corporate company wellness studio. Coordinate and oversee employee health screenings, including biometric screenings and breast cancer screenings. Part of management team for Sprint’s “Get Fit” program. Integrate with other site leaders on health and fitness programs. I hire and supervise exercise specialist and group exercise instructors as well as develop and manage daily, weekly and monthly usage reports. I plan and implement wellness programs for employees including communications and facilitating presentations to promote the programs.

Westinghouse Wellness Center

Oversee health, fitness and wellness programs and manage Westinghouse Wellness center for thier employees. I work closer with facilities, HR and other management to incorporate a healthier employee population. I customize my own marketing pieces, lead monthly trainings and oversee full/part-time staff.

I served as Supervisor for the Wellness Center and its staff and administration including administration of Administrated performance reviews and salary planning. Planned, developed and taught the Youth Sports programs. I maintained monthly and quarterly budgets and UPMC monthly attendance reports. Attend and presented at health fairs and community events and planned and managed outreach programs including raising over $1,000 for Strong Communities Campaign.
