Generated monthly flash reports to summarize and forecast KPIs for leadership. Reports included projections for upcoming expenses, summary of past expenses, including salaries, benefits, taxes, and bonus. Worked alongside leadership to analyze the reports in order to guide informed strategic decision making. Spearheaded investigation of financial discrepancies, connecting with cost centre owners to identify unfamiliar charges and facilitate reversals when necessary. This process has saved $1M+ over 13 years in the role. Created ad hoc headcount reports to ensure salaries, benefits, taxes, and bonuses were charged to the correct P&Ls. Facilitated the complex bookkeeping surrounding cross-cost-centre bonuses, tracking revenue from separate P&Ls in collaboration with Sales Operations Managers and various P&L owners to leave no dollar unaccounted for.
