VP Treasury Management Manager - Operations Manager Treasury Management Operations implementation team involved in providing training for new and existing clients for online banking. Design and update department procedures and training guides. Work with on-line banking services including, ACH, WIRES, Remote Deposit Capture, Positive Pay and Lockbox. Assist internal employees and clients with all Treasury Management services. Facilitate implementation and billing for new and existing products and services.

Responsible for Treasury Management Dept. and customer service. Managed electronic products and services including on-line banking and positive pay services. Responsible for day to day operations of Wires, ACH, On-line Banking, ATM, Debit Cards, and Account Services.
