My work with Parkinson's Disease clients and their families began in 2012. Through numerous trainings and opportunities to gain education over the last 10 years I have chosen to leave my dental hygienist career of 30 years. I dedicate my time to consulting and educating people with Parkinson's Disease, as well as exercise training and movement guidance. As a Parkinson's exercise specialist and consultant I can guide clients and their loved ones to the information they seek to live their best lives. I am passionate about helping people explore their possibilities and move beyond limitations. Living well with PD is possible and with the right approach we can find the ways to maintain hope and quality of life.
