After the realization set in that I will not make it far in my current job, I spent many evenings thinking of my next step which led me to the route of college. I knew that my job could not help me provide for my daughter. Taking the route of college was one the best decisions of my life. I have gained so many things from college such as, new skills, achievements, and more knowledge.I am a motivated professional with customer service proficiency and extensive Supervisor experience. As a person who thrives in high-pressure and fast-paced situations, I strive for positive results through the application of my team building and communication abilities. Additionally, I possess expertise in excellent customer service and an aptitude for optimizing performance and motivating colleagues. In any position, I can visualize success and identify innovative and effective strategies for achieving it. During my time working as a Supervisor at Tim Hortons, I had the opportunity to develop my time- management skills. I am experienced with outstanding costumer service and committed to providing excellent service. In my free time I spend a lot of time with my daughter, nephews and nieces. I'm very family oriented. I enjoy the outdoors such as nature walks and hiking. I enjoy helping and giving back to the community.
