Project Management professional with 10 years of combined experience within sport and local authority, in addition to Sport Development experience over a 16 year period. I am knowledgeable and highly skilled within Teaching, Tutoring, Leadership and Golf Operations. I pride myself on being highly organised alongside holding a passion for gender equality and developing opportunities for children and young people. Managerial experience has been acquired through the roles of Project Manager, Regional Development Officer and National Girls Lead Officer in addition to obtaining Management-based qualifications. Volunteer roles have been held within various organisations including Trustee for the England Golf Trust (2015-2022), Junior Girls Coordinator at the Lincolnshire Women's Golf Association (2021-22), in addition to Girls Squad Manager (2017-2021) and Junior Development Lead (2022-2024) at Elsham Golf Club.Academically, my knowledge is demonstrated through the achievement of a First Class Honours degree, Masters degree in Research, alongside holding qualifications within Prince2 Project Management, Lean Six Sigma, Golf Club Managers Association & graduating from the Women’s Sport Leadership Academy at the University of Chichester. I am skilled within research, with my work being recognised at Leeds Beckett University (formerly Leeds Metropolitan University) and through publication with Taylor and Francis. Enthusiastic, proactive and approachable; I am passionate to utilise my experience & and transferable skills. I am self-motivated and ensure I keep up-to-date with both my work and training.
