- Manage all aspects related to property management within a portfolio consisting of 24 clients- Provide legal advice to clients on property related matters, including CSOS disputes- Assist clients with annual financial planning and review year to date budgetary performance- Process creditor payments- Review utility management reports and debtor control accounts- Chair and minute client meetings- Establish and retain client relations
