As the Programme Office Manager I am responsible for programme delivery, achieved by leading the PMO to provide specialist management, governance and process improvement support to a team of Project Managers and Coordinators. Reporting directly to the Head of PMO, I work closely with the Portfolio Team to actively engage with Sales to seek Project.

As a Portfolio Coordinator within the Konica Minolta Project Management team I not only coordinate large scale projects but also manage a team of Project Coordinators.
