As the Programme Office Manager I am responsible for programme delivery, achieved by leading the PMO to provide specialist management, governance and process improvement support to a team of Project Managers and Coordinators. Reporting directly to the Head of PMO, I work closely with the Portfolio Team to actively engage with Sales to seek Project Management opportunities and further our business and client exposure.

As a Portfolio Coordinator within the Konica Minolta Project Management team I not only coordinate large scale projects but also manage a team of Project Coordinators. Working closely with the Project Management Office, attention to detail and accuracy is pivotal, using data resourcing and risk analysis daily to ensure all aspects of team management is not only monitored but utilised to their full potential.In addition, as a Portfolio Coordinator I am responsible for having a helicopter view of all projects my team’s portfolio, providing guidance and support where possible.

The customer has already bought into the product, but why stop there? With Project Management offered as a business solution, we can ensure the delivery of all variables sails smoothly into use. As a Project Coordinator is it my responsibility to liaise with all parties involved in the project, from the initial 'Kick Off Call' through to the Project Closure Report and into BAU.This role is fast paced with the day-to-day tasks ever changing with the requirements of the project.

This position highly evolves around Team Management, providing care, focus, communication and training. The Transport Co-ordination side incluides SAP system operation, customer liaison, financial management, administration duties and customer care assistant. This role also includes reporting stats, monitoring account status, project work, inbound and outbound calls, emails, SAP System Operation, query raising, problem solving as well as many other general office skills.

As a Key Contracts Administrator the tole consisted of Account Management, SAP system operation, customer contract account administration and control, financial management, administration duties and customer care assistant.

As a Student Union representitive I worked closely with the universities Student Union, acting as a events promoter for the student elections, news broadcaster through the student run happenings as well as working in the Student Union Retail shop at the Moulsecoomb campus.

I completed this role whilst attending college and University, alternating between the Basildon and Brighton stores during term and holiday seasons. This role included customer services, till operation, customer advisor, fitting room attendant, stock rotation, stock take and booking in as well as working as part of a larger team. Within this role I also worked in different departments, mens wear, ladies wear and accessories, with a wide range of people and management structures.It was while working at Primark that I got my taste for management as, through my experience and attitude, I was often asked to lend assistance as an acting team leader on an adhoc basis.
