Manage the corporate communications team to ensure the delivery of engaging, compelling and effective B2B and B2B communications across all Careington companies and brands. The team includes professionals dedicated to the review and editing of all marketing materials, social media and public relations initiatives, RFP/RFI responses, custom proposals, as well as content development and project oversight for various other corporate communications.

Under the direction of the Vice President of Marketing & Communications, helped lead the corporate communications team to ensure effective communications across all companies and brands. The team includes professionals dedicated to the review of all marketing materials, PR initiatives, social media, company RFP/RFI responses, custom proposals, as well as content development for corporate and B2B/B2C communications.

Managed all RFP/RFI responses for company prospective business opportunities as well as developed custom proposals and presentations for executive sales leadership. Involved with company public relations efforts including press releases, award nominations, evaluating advertising opportunities, editorial and speaking engagement opportunities.

Lead marketing team to effectively develop client and corporate marketing material. Worked under the direction of the Chief Operations Officer. Provided strategic direction for all company marketing initiatives, which included B2B and B2C communications. Oversaw the development of integrated communications campaigns including digital (emails, websites, blogs, social media, webinars, advertorials, e-newsletters, videos, press releases) and print (flyers, brochures, ads). Developed and maintained relationships with key stakeholders, clients and business partners.

Helped manage marketing team comprised of graphic designers, product manager and marketing coordinators to assist VP of Marketing with execution of marketing campaigns. Developed marketing strategies for effective communications. Managed projects from concept phase to launch. Worked with cross-functional teams to ensure all projects were executed effectively and efficiently - meeting tight deadlines and required client and internal approvals. Wrote content and oversaw development of digital and print campaigns including e-newsletters, emails, press releases, websites, ads, brochures, videos, advertorials, social media and blogs. Provided creative direction to ensure messaging was consistent across vehicles and met brand standards.

Served as Account Executive on a variety of accounts including JCPenney, Subaru of America, Long John Silvers and Paramount Parks. Worked as a liaison between clients and various departments in the agency to ensure the effective development of advertising campaigns including print and broadcast media. Responsible for the seamless deliverability of projects from beginning concept phase to final end product. Managed budgets and schedules as well as provided strategic direction for the creative team. Worked under the direction of the Account Supervisor and Management Supervisor.

Managed the Six Flags Over Texas account. Provided strategic direction for advertising campaigns, as well as managed daily projects including broadcast trafficking, managing production budgets and scheduling, reviewing and negotiating media proposals. Also managed annual park trend analyses to provide insight into competitors and Six Flags attendance and potential areas of improvement.
