• Successfully launched, in partnership with the world’s largest retailer, the national TAP merchandising program. Responsible for managing/leading operations of the garden center merchandising teams for 40 big box retail stores in Eastern Washington, North Idaho and Eastern Oregon. Collaborated with market managers and all levels of store management to rollout initiatives, identify opportunities, and develop solutions to ensure implementation of operational strategies• Lead, coach and drive personal and professional development of a team of 5 + territory managers and 50+ direct reports • Plan and conduct meetings for 150+ members of the regional leadership teams • Fiscal responsibility for sales increases through forecasting, product logistics, and mitigating expenses (payroll, budget hours, team travel expenses, etc.) • Human resources: recruit, onboard, train, and retain a high preforming merchandising sales team• Primary point of contact for key relationships in Lowe’s Home Improvement stores in Eastern Washington. Maintain and gather knowledge and information to be and remain a subject matter expert for in-field support
