-Assisted leadership team in the financial analysis leading to the purchase of first corporate aircraft. Projected savings of $1M during year one and over $12M through year ten. -Implemented and educated 100+ employees on new expense reporting program ensuring full CMS, OIG, and IRS adherence. -Conceived and developed a zero-cost mobile application facilitating transmission of real-time data related to organ recoveries, flight information, and financial expenditures. -Initiated request for tax exempt status on all utility and telecommunications expenses.
