Responsible for the firms Accounting and Finance Service (A&F) Line. Duties included the development of company wide initiatives around A&F services as well as managing accompanying marketing and communication strategies.Developed and facilitated technical training for clients on developments in accounting and finance, regulatory reform and other business "hot topics".Leader of "Resources Acadamy", the internal training organization. Training encompassed core competency training for recruiters, client service directors and managing directors as well as leadership development and soft skill development for management employees.Developed and facilitated a firm wide "Certification" initiative for the firms' Consultants around International Financial Reporting Standards ("IFRS"). This program was rolled out across the country and included a "train the trainer" program for ease of facilitation.Sought after and frequent speaker on technical accounting initiatives, regulatory reform, SEC developments and other business initiatives for such organizations as the SEC, AICPA, IIA, IMA and local CPA chapters.

Overall responsibility for the direction of mid-west practice offices (Detroit, Indianapolis, Louisville and Cincinnati) including establishing and monitoring office finance and operational goals, high-level client contact, business development and training and mentoring all levels of office staff.Full profit and loss responsibility for all practices including management of office margins and EBIDA contribution.

Responsible for the strategic direction and business development efforts for newly introduced services offerings in the Tri-State practice (Information Management, Human Capital and Supply Chain).

Responsible for the turn around of the Connecticut consulting practice which was the first office to open on the East Coast in 1996. Established processes around business development, recruitment and office standards. Built team from bottom up and established first time relationships with key target accounts. Managed complete profit and loss of the practice including yearly budgeting, variance analysis and margin excellence.

Assisted in the start-up of the New Jersey Practice. Generated approximately 14% of total Tri-State Practice in the first calendar year. Major wins included Bearing Point, Siemens, Quest Diagnostics, AGFA, Pepsi and GE.
