Infor delivers business-specific software, services and support globally. The License Management Department is responsible for protecting the intellectual property rights of Infor software by identifying customers who have breached their contractual obligations. Responsible for 16 Auditors working closely with the team to ensure personal targets and team targets are achieved. Planning and managing the workload for each month, forecasting ahead to ensure the quarterly targets are met. Provide constant support to the team and to the sales team responsible for resolution.Updated and created policies and processes where procedures were out of date or nonexistent thus improving accuracy and consistency throughout the teamWeekly team meetings and regular training sessions to improve communication and knowledgeReconfigured the team structure to provide equality amongst the team resulting in improved team morale and productivityLiaised with Development team to design and modify auditing software to accommodate new software products.

Coordination/NegotiationSLA Management Services; SLA Management Services assisted SSA Global in protecting the Intellectual Property rights of their software.
