Responsibilities:1) Clear Understanding of the whole process and all the aspects of the Requirements received from the Client.2) Landed our first offer for the new account Facebook.3) Sourcing the Resumes through the Job Portals like Monster, Dice, Tech Fetch, Career Builder and also from the Third Party Source, Google Groups, LinkedIn, Referrals etc.4) Screening the resumes based on the various Parameters like Work Authorization, Contract Pattern, Relocation availability, Technical knowledge, Education, Certifications etc.5) Talking to the Candidate regarding their availability and negotiating the Pay rate with them.6) Submitting the resume to the client.7) Keeping the strong Follow-up with the candidate and the Team Managers in order to understand the progress of the resume Submitted.8) Scheduling the interview for the shortlisted candidates.9) To Make sure that candidates join the projects on the concerned start date.
