I am a City of Winnipeg Clerk at Winnipeg Transit Plus. I work at Winnipeg Transit Plus in the dispatch area assisting the dispatcher, resolving and taking complaints, entering data, using GPS plus other software. book rides, explain assessment process, resolve account issues.I am a graduate of the Account Specialist Program at Robertson College 3 diploma program. I am a Member of the Canadian Payroll Association. My vision is to work in an administrative position and payroll. I am looking to obtain the payroll compliance practitioner designation. I require working in a payroll position for a year to obtain the PCP designation.I have honors in the Administrative Professional Program and the Accounting Assistant Program. I am a mark shy of having honors for the Canadian Payroll Association part of the program. I am now eligible to be a Payroll Compliance Practitioner through the CPA since I have successfully completed the program. I have 10 plus years of previous office & customer service experience. My skills include customer service, administrative tasks and I key at 70 wpm. I am competent, a problem solver, dependable and dedicated. My greatest strengths are of being trustworthy, dedicated and I persevere where others may not. I am bondable. I have been a Residential Secretary at Hoffer Wilkinson & Associates creating appraisals and reports, a Lead Customer Service Specialist at Lifetouch Canada Ltd and worked in retail at Sears Polo Park for over 13 years, plus won various Customer Service Excellence awards.I can also proudly say I am a bus driver who has driven for Winnipeg transit, school bus, handicap/special needs bus and various shuttles including the Bombers Park & Ride in 2014. I have my Class 2F Airbrakes license. I voluntarily organize a Meet up site called Out & About Winnipeg Social Group. The goal for the group is to provide opportunities to get out and explore Winnipeg in a group. It is a great way to meet many wonderful people.
