Supervised all accounting functions including but not limited to bank reconciliation's, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable and collections. Prepared all financial reporting activities in Financial Edge Software. Attended Board Meetings and Home officce meetings and prepared and gave quarterly reports.

Implemented Great Plains, new accounting software. Responsible for AP, AR and payroll departments. Worked very closely with Directors and Board members and gave presentations. I was not only the controller of this international reinsurance auditing and consulting firm, but due to my leadership abilities I ran the office as the President and Executive VP travelled alot. We had subsidiaries in the UK and many assignments with for foreign insurance companies.
