In April of 2012, we formed Sakalarios, Blackwell, Sims & Schock, PLLC. Sakalarios, Blackwell, Sims & Schock is a small law firm serving the needs of clients throughout the southeast. We are also involved in asbestos claims; however, our practice is not limited to the asbestos arena.

Since joining the law firm of Morris, Sakalarios, & Blackwell, PLLC, I have been responsible for the management of approximately 10,000 asbestos claims, including, litigating claims against solvent defendants and pursuing bankruptcy claims against those seeking the protections of the United States Bankruptcy Courts.

As a Staff Attorney at the Mississippi Department of Human Services, I was responsible for Jones, Wayne and Forrest County establishment of paternity and collection of child support payments for those receive Title IV-D Services under the Social Security Act.
