Stacey Sinclair is a Senior Transportation Engineer at RS&H at RS&H. Colleagues describe them as "Working together with Stacey on the WTS San Antonio Region Board of Directors has been a great experience. Stacey has been a shining example of leadership to our organization. Previously serving in several different roles, Stacey has been able to provide guidance and support to many of the committee co-chairs and emerging leaders of the WTS Board. While fulfilling all her duties to support the elected Board as president-elect, Stacey also actively recruited and built industry connections to successfully develop and implement the first WTS-SAR mentorship program. Her thoughtful approach and commitment to the WTS mission were evident with her ability to remain agile and adjust to provide the best experience for participants.
