Acted as a Senior Project Manager on projects that included:* - Deploying a web based policy underwriting and processing system* - Leading IT organization through the CMM-SW Level 3 assessment process from a Level 0* - Leading and acting as the IT SME for the corporate outsourcing of their HR, Payroll and Benefit process to an Enterprise Managed Service provided by IBM/Ceridian

Acted as an organizational leader to the Lockheed Martin/United Space Alliance Team on NASA's Space Shuttle Launch Team. Projects include:* - Created a cradle to grave reporting system that tracked 15,000 hazardous chemicals from procurement through the processing utlization and into waste stream processing.* - Key team lead to the Kennedy Space Center's achievement of their ISO 9000 certification* - Created process and operational development of application shops that retrofitted shuttle subsystem assemblies for launch. Upgraded process reduced time to process from 30 days per assembly to 48 hours.* - Created system to track and manage over 20,000 subassembly parts through complex processing and creates constraining issues tracking and completion need dates process.* - Established a repeatable launch/recovery process that ensured timelines and constraint requirements were met in advance of launch/recovery requirements.
