• Contracted exclusively and onsite at Teva Pharmaceutical Industries, Meetings and Conventions Team. Negotiate and completed contracts for approximately 500 meetings. Responsible for developing a (Request for Proposal) RFP for each meeting, selecting hotels, negotiating rates, concessions and working daily with the Teva legal and procurement departments to ensure all contract terms and conditions were met. Required to stay current on all nationwide hotel promotions, industry updates and changes. Travel frequently to site hotels across the United States, Mexico, Caribbean and Canada.

 Contracted exclusively with Applebee’s International. Responsibilities included the development and execution of over 100 annual meetings in addition to numerous other events. All events were planned turn-key, including negotiations on Applebee’s behalf. Also provided staff training on the event planning process. Meeting management services also provided to franchisees of Applebee’s International.

 Successfully provided full meeting management services to a client base consisting of associations, corporations, non-profits and medical facilities. Services provided included program development, strategic planning, legal, site selection and marketability. Managed meeting budgets ranging from $25,000-$1.8 million. Also, provided quality service in areas of contract negations, resulting in overall savings from 15-25 percent of meeting budget.

 Charged with the development, management and execution of customer events and sponsorships. Responsible for selection of sponsorships, contractual negotiations, vendor and agency creative/production management, and ensuring overall measurement of event success and results, all while adhering to budget.
