Responsible for inventory management of supplies and equipment. Assist in property control program activities to track government, contractor and company property in accordance with applicable government relations and corporate policy. Issue and maintain procurement authorizations and managed limited funds. Log item descriptions for a range of new items entering the supply channels for all IAP staff located at Walter Reed Medical Center into MAXIMO. Supported Executive Director and staff with group activities, newsletter production, special events, and fund-raising projects; coordinated volunteers. Successfully planned and organized a charity Gold event which generated over $77K. Maintained Chapter database and files including: QuickBooks, Oracle, and Pledge Maker. Guided the Chapter through two outstanding audits. Handled basic accounting functions which included: batching and depositing money, accounts payables/receivables, and reconciling petty cash; created and maintained the overall Chapter’s budgeting system.

Ran and analyzed daily reports as necessary in Excel and Oracle. Processed refund checks and ordered cancellations received by call center. Processed lockbox bundles, carefully reviewed orders entered by agents for accuracy. Handled communication between Call Center and the Fulfillment Center regarding: order status, order corrections, order tracking information, inventory, and identifying defective or damaged trends. Supported customers and stations by addressing their needs, answered questions on products and services, and processed orders and returns to completion.

Monitored Resumix system, performed trouble shooting when necessary. Sorted and processed all resumes assisting recruiters in placing the right candidates for specific jobs. Oversaw the Employee Referral Program.
