My scope included full oversight of all phases of this construction and office tower fit up including but not limited to: site selection, vendor partner selection, design, procurement, technology, construction, team member moves, process development, executive reporting, risk management, resource management and project closeout.

As Senior Transformation Consultant I had the benefit of working with several business units to improve performance results.Accomplishments:• Process re-engineering for the merchandising and marketing functions. Lead workshops with associates, creating common understanding of standardized processes, timelines, responsibilities and hand-offs. • Developed an Integrated Retail Master Calendar used to establish seasonal retail rhythm. Implementation and governance of the Calendar enabled the Retail organization to move from a reactive 8 week planning cycle to a proactive 15 month planning cycle. • Worked with the IT Leadership Team to develop a 5 year Strategic Plan and Initiative Roadmap that included a significant improvement in the IT Organizational Structure and opportunities for alternate operating models

As the Executive Program Manager my primary accountability was to lead a $35 million dollar integration program for the Bank while closing out a prior $40 million dollar integration effort as a result of two back to back acquisitions. (MRS and AGF Trust respectfully). Accomplishments:- Lead a team of Project Managers and nine business work streams through the integration effort including but not limited to finance, human resources, IT, marketing and sales, operational readiness, legal and compliance, communication and change management.

P&C Canada, Bank Of Montreal

As Program Manager in the major program delivery team I had accountability for leading multi-million-dollar programs for P&C Canada. Accomplishments:- Lead a multi-year, multi-million-dollar Commercial Lending Transformation Program. Implemented phase one consisting of consolidating back office processing activities from 14 distributed offices into two regional offices. - Initiated the design and requirements phase for the new commercial lending technology platform.- Successfully launched phase 3 of the Program including the simplification of all commercial lending policies making them ‘easy to find, easy to read and easy to understand’ – improving productivity of the commercial workforce and customer satisfaction for the commercial clients.

As Director of IT Business Relationship and Project Delivery, I had leadership accountability for a centralized Project Delivery and Business Analysis Team (74 team members) along with the Governance of the IT Business client engagement touchpoints.
