• Investigate and assess individual cases to reach a conclusion and provide a high level of customer service.• Work on client projects with personal and team targets set by management.• Achieve and maintain case handler competency.• Conduct a thorough investigation of a case, liaising with the customer and other parties where appropriate through various media.• Produce a reasoned assessment detailing the investigation and conclusion in line with authorisation levels achieved using relevant systems and software.• Produce a written response for the customer, ensuring a high standard of communication is achieved at all times.• Support co-workers through checking and feedback to ensure quality of work, consistency and development of knowledge and capability.• Proactively identify and highlight initiatives to prevent emerging quality issues and to improve overall quality and consistency of Case Handlers• To achieve expected levels of productivity as set by management• Managing the performance of current teams and numerous new entrants to the business, ensuring client expectations are met.• Managing relationships between Academy, Operations and Quality assurance teams• Providing support for feedback, coaching and development to all new entrants through one to one coaching and feedback from Subject Matter Experts and Outcome Testers .• Provide detailed commentary in relation to current performance and quality of the team to ensure that all of the clients’ requirements are adhered to.• Provide one on one support to all academy members on a regular basis to ensure that they successfully achieve their ‘Route to Competency’.
