As President and Owner of The Goddard School, I am responsible for developing and executing the long term vision for the school. Core functions of this role include business development, marketing and advertising, financial analysis and reporting, enrollment and customer service, compliance and audit oversight, and human resource management.The Goddard School uses the most current, academically endorsed methods to ensure that children from six weeks to six years old have fun while learning the skills they need for long-term success in school and in life. Our talented teachers collaborate with parents to nurture children into respectful and confident learners. Our comprehensive play-based curriculum is developed in conjunction with early childhood education experts and encourages a lifelong love of learning. We endorse 21st Century Learning which emphasizes the importance of life and career skills, learning and innovation skills, and information, media and technology skills. It promotes core subject material and 21st century themes, such as global awareness and financial, civic, health and environmental literacy. We believes that introducing children to the 4Cs (communication, collaboration, creativity, and critical thinking) early in life allows them to become well-rounded individuals.Incorporating 21st century learning alongside STEAM learning subjects (science, technology, engineering, arts and mathematics) provides Goddard School students with the foundation for success in school and in life.

Responsible for all Individual and Medicare lines of business, including Sales Results, Product Development and Management, Distribution Channels including public and private exchanges and producers, and Sales Operations functions.
