Division Director, supervisory budget analyst overseeing Financial control and resource management execution and reporting of an $18B multi resource government HQ budget office at CBP, DHS. Manage, report, brief and audit $2.3B in User Fee resources for the component as well as oversee the formulation and execution of these funds.

I was a HQ Budget officer for OFO Budget execution overseeing XD Admissibility Passenger Programs budget. This consists of over $300m in various funding resources including appropriatated, reimbursables and user fees. I tracked monitored and managed their financial portfolio while preparing budget reports for senior level leadership monthly to brief a status summary report. I completed trend analysis and built with in division spend plans to ensure all Director were aware of their budgets and received a monthly burn rate report.
