-Ensured each customer received outstanding service by providing a friendly environment, which includes greeting and acknowledging every customer and maintaining solid product knowledge. -Conducted announcements with the aid of a PA system to promote the tour sales as well as the daily television show. -Coordinated, facilitated and executed thousands of people on daily tours. -Addressed passenger’s concerns, questions and comments. -Completed weekly safety training and drills. -Resolved last minute schedule changes of planned tours with guests and tour operators.

I started out as a front desk agent for 2 years and worked in reservations for 1 1/2 years and was promoted to the assistant front office manager for the remainder.
