In this exciting role, I’m a leader brought in to startup a new marketing division for recently acquired BioBridges, a PharmAlliance company, which recently relocated to Raleigh. The company is continuing to build its portfolio of products in the bio-pharmaceutical sector that support the clinical trial lifecycle.Creating a brand story and rolling out effective marketing to bring this vision to life is an amazing opportunity, and I’m excited for the challenge!

As a selected member of Forbes Coaches Council, I write informative and influential articles on leadership for the C-suite, as well as contribute my leadership and coaching expertise to panel stories for social media.

As a partner in this company, I lead our marketing initiatives by utilizing our agile marketing framework, setting our quarterly strategic goals, measuring campaign metrics, utilizing AI for enhancing performance, speaking at world-wide industry conferences and writing content as an expert.

For several years, I've served as a subject matter expert on agile marketing for the MarTech publication, which focuses on marketing technology. I contribute regular eBooks, how-to guides, expert articles and speak at their bi-annual conferences.

As a coaching & training company entrepreneur, I focused on branding, positioning myself as an industry expert and growing and retaining clients. I was able to succeed with this company by using agile marketing strategies to experiment & measure campaign success. I also led coaching & training services for clients, helping them achieve or exceed measurable marketing goals.

I launched a community platform to engage existing customers with the Mountain Goat Software brand. With thousands of members, I kept the platform lively and engaging through new content creation, facilitating conversations from members, informative blog writing, email marketing campaigns and live member events.

I provided marketing students with engaging content, leveraging personal experiences and partnering with local businesses for access to marketers in the field. I received a 95 percent success rate from student evaluations.

I worked with small business retailers, local banks, fast-food franchisees and privately-owned healthcare businesses to drive growth through strategic marketing planning, coaching and managing a team of marketing specialists to deliver engaging campaigns.

I provided strategic marketing plans for clients based on their KPIs and business goals, working to reduce marketing spend and increase outcomes through digital campaigns, which were still emerging at this time.

Early in my career I worked with several corporations and non-profit sectors in marketing communications, event planning and public relations. Highlights include working with traveling journalists to promote the City of Minneapolis and driving revenue for a university by selling and managing event space.
