As a leader on Google’s Executive Recruiting team, Stacey engages, builds and grows the senior and executive leadership teams across multiple product areas and functions. She is currently the Global Practice Leader for the Core organization which includes Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Corporate Engineering, Data and UX. Previously, she was the Global Practice Leader for the Global Communications & Public Affairs organization as well as for the Technology & Society organization -the nucleus of Google’s AI efforts.Stacey has also placed multiple senior leaders in Google's Marketing organization and across the company's various functions. These include Global Partnerships, Sales, Operations, Product Management, Engineering, AI Strategy, and Research. These roles cross multiple business units including Search, Ads, Commerce, Cloud, YouTube, Devices, Google Play, Geo (Maps) Core and Google Fiber.Additionally, Stacey leads strategic initiatives for the practices including Benchmarking, Strategic Network Development, Succession Planning, Internal Mobility and DEI. Prior to Google, Stacey was a Managing Director in Robert Half’s Executive Search practice. In that role, she sold and led retained executive searches for early stage, private equity backed and multinational public companies focused on technology, consumer & professional services.Before her career in Executive Search, Stacey spent twenty years as a Marketing and business executive for consumer brands like DoorDash, Nestle, Godiva, Starbucks, Nabisco and 24 Hour Fitness. She began her career working in Human Resources and both industry & campus Recruiting.
