Having spent the last 10 years working in various National Sales Roles in the hospitality industry I decided it was time for a new challenge and that challenge came along when my husband asked me to join his law firm to head up sales and marketing in the summer of 2011. My time within the hospitality sector had enabled me to gain a wealth of experience in account management and having dealt both with multinational corporations as well as smaller family run companies I felt I had the breadth of knowledge and understanding to create and implement a strategic sales and a marketing plan to drive Astons Solicitors onwards and upwards. I now split my time carrying out proactive sales activity as well as focusing on online and direct marketing to promote Astons to both local and national organisations that require employment law advice.
