The AXA XL Global Technology Innovation Team partners with business executives to help deliver value-creating innovations. The team has three main functions:- Technology advisory - experience- and research-based expertise for technology decisions- Technology implementation - deliver solutions with improved innovation outcomes- Technology management services - scaling and maturing technology capabilitiesStacey's leadership role helps connect the right people and solutions to the right problems for effective engagements. Stacey also brings diversity of experience and thought to the creative process, leveraging several years of experience working with startups and industry leaders.

Stacey oversees multiple programs, including accountability for delivery of the Technology Solutions for AXA XL's Data Privacy and Cyber Security program. The focus of this role is to deliver large-scale programs, providing insight to the executive level.- Porftolio analysis of data exposures to enable data-driven business decisions for compliance with GDPR, NYDFS, etc- Encryption of mission critical applications- Strategic staff transitioning and organziational change management

As Transition Manager, accomplishments include:- Working with other leaders on organizational change management initiatives- Developing an experimentation delivery model that enables the organization to rapidly learn about new technologies- Defining a Digital Capability Maturity Model- Implementing a framework for industrializing the process of taking learnings and scaling them into full-fledged IT capabilities

Helping XL Catlin define and implement its digital strategy. XL Catlin's Claim IT services support a global Claim organization in more than 30 countries. Serving as the head of the Claim IT team, accomplishments include:- Reduced costs 20% by implementing outcome-based managed contracts with key suppliers- Increased speed, quality, and reliability by driving higher vendor accountability via SLAs- Leveraged automation to increase efficiency for Incident & Release Management, and Testing- Achieved higher customer satisfaction, measured year-over-year via user survey results- Implemented metrics-based application performance program- Improved speed-to-market by implementing continuous delivery via weekly and monthly releases- Eliminated compliance-related issues and established monitoring and preventative programs- Raised process maturity as validated annually by 3rd party consultants

Appointed by the Board of Selectmen to serve as a member of the Planning and Zoning Commission for the Town of Colchester, experience includes:- Former Vice Chairman - Participation in several hundred hours of public hearings- Rendering of key decisions on applications regarding Land Use- Facilitating governance in accordance with Robert's Rules- Consulting with town council in executive sessions regarding legal matters- First comprehensive rewrite of Colchester Zoning Code since 1959- Decennial publication of Colchester Plan of Conservation and Development in May, 2015
