For over 20 years I have counseled families, children and adults diagnosed with anxiety, depression, anger, relationship issues, trauma, loss, sleepless nights, and transitions etc. Successfully helping others to find peace in their lives. The techniques utilized are holistic in nature addressing mind, body and spirit. Each person who comes for treatment is assessed and given recommendations unique to them. My experience includes various agency settings including drug and alcohol facilities, family agencies as well as several colleges. I have also taught at Pennsylvania State University Brandywine campus and Post Graduate courses in Play Therapy at Temple University. Interactive classes on mindfulness and SoulCollage(R) in the community. Created wellness presentations for finance and research companies on wellness topics such as stress management, mindfulness, parenting and resilience in a pandemic. In addition, I have worked in the field of adoption conducting Adoption Home Studies, Updates, Post Placements and SWAN Case Management.
