I manage the successful development, planning and execution of Nu-Heat’s marketing strategy, focusing on:- Driving the performance of the marketing function to achieve business objectives- Effectively building the Nu-Heat brand, elevating our position in the heating market- Coaching and developing the marketing team to deliver the best possible outputMy personal goal? For Nu-Heat to be the stand-out, number 1 heating brand!

What’s my purpose at Nu-Heat? I’d break it down into these 3 main things:1. Increasing awareness of Nu-Heat and underfloor heating in general.To many consumers underfloor heating is still a fairly new concept, so awareness of the product, it’s benefits and “why Nu-Heat?” are key. I write informative editorials and create useful content (blogs, guides, videos etc.) to help consumers research and confidently install Nu-Heat’s products. 2. “Nu-Heat is the best because...”. It’s competitive out there, so I take every opportunity to communicate why Nu-Heat is the right underfloor heating supplier. My work shows that Nu-Heat always offers more: more expertise, more products, more time for our customers. 3. Generating leads! Much of what I work on is with the aim of generating high quality leads that will convert into future customers. By creating exciting and engaging content, I entice consumers to get in touch. I have worked on product brochures; promoting new product launches; direct mail; campaigns to reach new audiences and much, much more! I am also actively involved in providing installer support and measuring our customer service levels to ensure that every customer, whether existing or new, is happy with the Nu-Heat experience. Working with Investor in Customers gave me a real customer focus, something that is crucial to any business’ success today. In my time at IIC, I was involved in a major rebrand, working with the design agency to develop a new website and company brochure. I arranged and promoted the annual company conference, securing speakers and inviting our target audience. I regularly wrote copy for email marketing purposes, producing a popular ‘top tips’ mailer, the newsletter and company website.I also worked with clients to help them effectively promote their assessment results, encouraging them to shout out their commitment to offering the very best customer experience. This involved talking to the client to find out more about their goals and then writing content that met their needs.

Investor in Customers grew substantially during my time with the company. For a period, I worked in Project Management, assisting with the implementation and running of an IIC assessment. Through this role, I developed strong relationships with our clients, often speaking to them daily to provide them with response updates and help to increase participation. My main goal was to make the assessment process as simple and straightforward as possible for our clients and their participants.
