Working with Investor in Customers gave me a real customer focus, something that is crucial to any business’ success today. In my time at IIC, I was involved in a major rebrand, working with the design agency to develop a new website and company brochure. I arranged and promoted the annual company conference, securing speakers and inviting our target.

Investor in Customers grew substantially during my time with the company. For a period, I worked in Project Management, assisting with the implementation and running of an IIC assessment. Through this role, I developed strong relationships with our clients, often speaking to them daily to provide them with response updates and help to increase.
