In 2014, I co-founded Homestead Run Club in partnership with Nike and Baptist Hospital. The run club encourages joyful movement inclusive to all ages, abilities and body types. I host 50+ walkers/joggers/runners each and every Tuesday.

In the Program Manager Role at Clementine Miami, I helped to increase the value of the program by identifying opportunities to improve systematic procedures. I fostered nurturance and built significant rapport with families, clients and out-patient providers to ensure the patient's needs were being met. I lead the development and the improvement of the program by creating effective and efficient work flows where both the patient felt safe and decreased burnout for staff members. Furthermore, I established collaborative working relationships with team members to achieve program's success and operational excellence. In addition, I supervised a team of Residential Health Care Providers which included, but not limited to, providing on-going training in direct patient care, evaluating their performances, coordinating their schedules and spearheading all onboarding of new staff members. My speciality was building morale within the team as I had zero turnovers during the time I served in a leadership position. All in all, I took great pride and ownership of the company's compliance regulation and over-all patient care.

Therefore, ensuring workplace success for Recovery Coaches within the company across the nation. I assisted in the development, implementation and continuous improvement of the company's training program to enable more inclusive and accessible care for the company's adult program.
