Instructs Foundations of Leadership, First-Year Seminar Leadership Track, and Global Leadership Practice: Working Across Cultures courses.• Builds and designs overarching learning strategies through innovative leadership development solutions that cultivate a challenge-based, interactive, and engaging experience• Identifies success metrics and regularly reports on progress and gaps for continuous course and program improvements for One-on-One Leadership Coaching, Teams for Tech and Minor in Leadership Studies programs• Instructs and enhances curriculum for 4000-level Foundations of Leadership Course that gives 35 students per semester insight into leadership theory and how it applies in real world contexts. Instruct a Global Leadership Practice | Working Across Cultures course in partnership with Tokyo Institute of Technology. *Paid by honorarium / not an employee• Develops and refines overall curriculum design and structure for the 3-week intensive course to include rich multicultural experiential learning activities related to self-evaluation, case studies, organization observation and analysis, speaker visit, final team presentation and individual written reflection report• Leads a teaching team of 3 supporting staff from Tokyo Tech, 3 teaching assistants to provide a seamless course for 20-25 students from around the world. • Performs qualitative analysis on individual written reports to identify leadership development gains in areas of multi-cultural perceptions of leadership, reflective writing, self-awareness related to strengths, values, unconscious and conscious biases, and cultural perspectives
