I’m currently collaborating with a cross-disciplinary team on the digital transformation of UNICEF.org, rolling out a new web platform encompassing the global site and over 200 subsites for our regional and country offices. This digital ecosystem provides a new space for storytelling, advocacy, engagement and global fundraising, and is seamlessly integrated with social and other media platforms, reflecting our new brand across numerous web properties.

Directed the development and maintenance of a virtual makeup app for iOS and Android that is being used by consumers globally both in-store and on mobile. The #BestAngle app was localized in 20+ languages and I served as primary point of communications between the external technical vendor, the offshore QA teams, and the internal product, education, digital technology, legal, media, marketing, retail, and special events teams

• Managed all digital initiatives for 13 Mars chocolate brands for a 2 year period. Served as the primary point of contact for the Mars clients, creative agencies, fulfillment partners and 15+ technical vendors. Coordinated PM and development teams in Miami and India to launch and maintain sweepstakes, banner & social media campaigns, mobile apps, FB apps, and global branding initiatives• Designed and led Sapient’s Digital Agency of Record program for Verizon for an 18 month period. Managed all workflow, issue escalation, internal and client communication, budget tracking, and staffing across a 3 programs containing up to 25 active projects at any given time. Partnered tightly with the Account Team on all new business, project scoping, process optimization, and program expansion initiatives

Led production of Walmart’s first social media strategy, editorial calendar, Facebook page and Facebook apps; developed a pilot video & program for production and online distribution of 100+ viral videos

• Developed Rokkan’s project management practices, workflow, and resource allocations; directly managed 4 PMs• Served as Account and New Business lead for all agency clients including JWT, Crispin Porter Bogusky, and Ogilvy• Managed many large-scale multimedia sites, games, and social networking apps for clients including Atlantic Records, Time Inc, Warner Music, Microsoft, Kiehl’s, Hearst, Konami, Nintendo, and Adidas
