Qa Sr Analyst
As the SR QA Lead, my obligations included developing test plans/ test cases (both automated and manual) for the ServiceNow platform (including 79 services, 12 modules, 25+ integrations, table maintenance, and the CMDB database). Developed test case creation strategies reducing redundancy and maintenance time by 35% overall. These strategies were then developed into processes and implemented.
