What is MUFG? MUFG integrated the U.S. operations of its subsidiary, The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ, Ltd. (BTMU), with those of Union Bank to create MUFG Union Bank, N.A. I developed an intranet marketing plan for the Employee Resource Group Program which encompassed more than 3,000 employees, developed a process for employees to communicate via a newly implemented web-based program, created training, guidelines and job aids; monitored the roll out of a new brand identity for the ERGs and advised ERG Leaders in the day-to-day management of the groups. Conducted outreach to internal and external stakeholders in order to raise awareness of the ERG Program; identified opportunities for ERG Leaders to do the same. Provided data analysis and created reports for tracking metrics, identifying opportunities for growth and adhered to required EEOC filings.

The Gordon Group began as a third-party search firm with a focus on diversity and evolved into a recruitment and diversity training solution for organizations that need to diversify their candidate pipeline, improve their hiring, and retain their valued employees.
