Launched current partnership with Major League Baseball to include softball in their nationwide grassroots initiative "Play Ball" to revive ball sports in the inner cities nationwide. Worked with the MLB Youth Programs Team and individual MLB Teams with local Boys and Girls Club of America to make a larger impact. Implented marketing training sessions for USA Softball’s 70 Individual Associations, as well as umpire associations to better market, engage, recruit and grow softball in their communities.
