I have recently joined Otak in a new role as a CRM and Marketing Data Manager. In this role I will be working with the marketing and business development team to improve system setup, process, and analysis of marketing data and marketing information. While at KJ, I managed the implementation of a robust firm-wide marketing information management systems (partly using BST Global software). This was the first such system for the nearly 85 year old 450 person firm.
