As a Litigation Solicitor I dealt with both private individuals and corporate entities with a wide range of disputes including contract disputes, neighbour/boundary disputes, injunctions, landlord and tenant disputes and debt collection.

This involved four month 'seats' in various departments of the firm including Employment, Crimminal, Litigation, Family, Wills and Probate. I assisted various fee earners in preparing paperwork, attending clients and legal research whilst learning to become a solicitor in my own right.
