I am a professional organizer. I assist individuals and small businesses in creating systems for optimized organization. Together, we create and implement structures so that the home or office can run as smoothly as possible. This can include closet organization, filing systems, financial records, and management of photographs and collections. We work on reducing clutter and maximizing space utilization.

Lakewood, Oh

I managed direct care staff along with a caseload of 30 individuals with mental and physical disabilities. I worked as an integral part of the team that ensured that our clients were provided with all the services they need to live successful lives. I helped to ensure that clients got the skills and training to blossom in their employment with all the supports in place they need.

Baltimore, Maryland Area

I began at Humanim (formally WorkFirst) as a Case Coordinator. I managed a caseload of 50 individuals with mental and physical disabilities. I developed Individual Plans with realistic employment goals and monitored overall case management. I lead team meetings and worked closely with relevant agencies to ensure client success. Next, I was promoted to Senior Case Coordinator where I continued my duties and also trained incoming staff and served as a team leader. Finally, I took on the role of Acting Manager of Admissions on a temporary basic during restructuring of the company merger.

Orlando, Florida Area

I began as a lifeguard for Disney's College Program. I went on to work for Disney and trained incoming staff on lifeguarding and CPR/First aid procedures for Disney's Caribbean Beach Hotel. I also trained staff on Lake Patrol and how to handle emergency situations as they arise. I lead the hotels lifeguards on rescue training procedures. I hold a Disney's Business School diploma and was the recipient of Disney's Silver Whistle Award. I was a certified Disney trainer and recognized for providing exceptional guest service.
