I am the Chief Operating Officer of Kats Chiropractic Centers. We currently own four clinics, one in Tulsa, the other three in surrounding areas. Having four locations enables the Doctors to help so many in need. Kats Chiropractic is a father/son team and the office hours are shared between the two of them. My duties range from marketing to cleaning. There is no limit to my daily tasks and I would not want it any other way. I am responsible for managing all staff, being able to delegate is so important for the success of the company. Other tasks I take on are; hiring, training, marketing, organizing, scheduling, billing, payroll and anything else that may come up. I love to work and there is no better company to work for. The greatest reward is watching our Doctors give relief to so many people. The rate of success stories of patients that come to Kats Chiropractic is astronomical. It does not get much better than this. All I have to do is look around the office or talk to a patient to be reminded of how blessed I am to be part of such a wonderful thing.

Seeing as all of our offices rely on teamwork, I can say, I also carry the title "Chiropractic Assistant". This position covers a wide range of duties; answering multiple lines, scheduling, collections, therapy, rehabilitation, insurance, billing, and cleaning. There is one quality that I possess and is proven necessary for any CA to be successful, and that is multi-tasking. This is something that must be mastered before stepping foot in a Chiropractic office. There is no way to fake having it and it is not something that can be learned in a week. There are other skills needed, but that one takes the lead when it comes to order of importance. A Front Desk CA has an important role in the office. Seeing as this is the first person every patient sees upon entering, the CA's people skills must be tuned up. Starting with the ability to understand a patient's needs to having the confidence to control any circumstance that may arise, a CA can make or break the company.Other important skills are; organization, reliability, timeliness, communication, telephone etiquette and take control personality.
