Growing up in Middle Tennessee, you learn a thing or two about southern hospitality, so I decided to put my warm and friendly skills to good use and began selling real estate in 2005. I loved meeting new people and guiding them through every aspect of the home buying and selling process. In 2007, the infamous housing crash slowed things down a bit, so I scaled back to working part-time in real estate. During this period, I began at Paytek Solutions in Partner Sales which allowed me to continue to build relationships and introduced me to the world of ACH and Credit Card processing. My real estate background laid the perfect foundation for me to provide top tier care to our clients. I eventually took on the role of Account Manager which lead to Director of Client Services, these positions allowed me to focus my energy on maintaining happy clients and making sure all their needs were met. In 2011 Pay N Seconds was formed with the overall goal to “elevate your business, not your costs”. My current role of Vice President of Client Success has continued to provide me the opportunity to work with many wonderful clients and friends. As someone who has always enjoyed helping others, I strive for positive outcomes in my daily interactions and live by the Golden Rule - Treat others the way you want to be treated.
