Responsible for acquisition and divestiture, service contracts, company secretarial, in house legal, disputes, investor relations, mergers & acquisitions, stock exchange listings and government relations. Have acquired and divested of oil rights in more than 10 African countries, many of which were new to oil and gas exploration. Recently raised litigation funding for a client's $2.5 billion arbitration.
